Eligibility for Refunds

Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened products

- Products damaged due to misuse
- Change-of-mind purchases
Reporting an Issue

- Provide your order number.
- Attach clear photos showing the issue.
Approval Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may:

- Issue a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Verdure Essence.
